If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back in UNUSED condition, in its original packaging. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. I will gladly refund your purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. PLEASE NOTE: CUSTOM ORDERS (specific fabric,colors,designs, book covers,etc)/PERSONALIZED EMBROIDERIES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Please call 757-593-3472, to obtain a return authorization number. Returns will NOT be accepted without authorization. If a shipment is returned because the address you gave is undeliverable, you will still be responsible for the full cost of shipping. Please remember that UPS does NOT deliver to P.O. boxes. If an order is returned because you refused delivery for any reason, only the purchase price minus a 15% administrative fee, will be refunded.
